EZ Beat will insure the process is straightforward and as EZ as possible for you. As you go through the process, keep in mind that you may contact EZ Beat at anytime. Providing you with peace of mind is just as important as keeping your dance floor packed!

The EZ Beat Process

Get Started

  • Complete the simple "contact" form and quickly receive a response with availability.

  • Schedule an interview. We want to make sure we're a perfect match for your DJ needs. Let's get on a phone call or video call and get to know each other better.

  • Lock in the date by signing a contract and submitting 50% of the total payment. The remaining amount will be due 90 days after signing the contract.

Create and Curate

  • Pick the type of vibe you want during the entire wedding. That means you pick what songs you want to play or don't want to play. No matter the song, EZ Beat will have it for you!

  • Schedule an in-person meeting 1 month before the event to cover the final details and submit the remaining payment. This is when we solidify your vision on paper. 

  • You will be provided with a detailed plan of the event to help you visualize your special day from beginning to end.

Lose Yourself

  • Your DJ will arrive no later than 2 hours before the event to set up equipment. Setup and travel time are included and do not count against the time you have with your package.

  • From there on we will be providing you and your guests with the best in event DJing and Emceeing curated just for YOU!

  • At this point you will be immersed in an experience you will never forget. And when the event has concluded you’ll be saying to yourself “Wow, how was this so EZ?!"
